Commit2Fitness has qualified trainers who can help you design a personalized workout plan, teach you proper form and technique, and provide you with guidance and motivation along the way.
• SEMI-PRIVATE GROUPS
Commit2Fitness offers a variety of group fitness, such as yoga, calisthenics, and step dance, which can add variety and fun to your workout routine.
Commit2Fitness has a focus in empowering women. We offer various classes focused on strength training and powerlifting. In addition, all members can feel safer when coming to our gym, as only members have the capability to enter the facility.
Our members can access the gym through the use of their fab given to them after sign-up. If at any point you feel unsafe inside, or outside our facility, please let it be known to our staff. Commit2Fitness wants to be a safe space for our members so they can focus on their fitness goals.
