If you are an athlete or experienced lifter, and are committed to your fitness, this class will give you a better perspective on training. This class will help you overcome plateaus and you will build more lean muscle, increase your endurance, learn how to lift efficiently, and recover faster. The class is separated into upper body, lower body, and full body days. To get the most benefit, attend all classes during the week and you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and more powerful.
